We know that a one-size-fits-all approach to tobacco cessation doesn’t work for disparate populations. By prioritizing diversity and inclusivity, providers can impact health outcomes.

As the diversity of our state changes in conjunction with the tobacco industry’s continued marketing to more vulnerable populations, we need resources that are culturally appropriate, sensitive and effective for all Vermonters. We’re pleased to share new Vermont cessation program resources to help your patients live tobacco-free. Please visit the sections specific to cessation and Medicaid MembersPregnant VermontersLGBTQ and American Indians for more information.
