I don’t feel like a slave anymore! I can breathe again. For me, using the Breathe Easy Guide and having support from my quit coaches helped me create a quit plan that worked for me. It was about breaking up my usual routine and avoiding certain situations that kept me smoking. I was on a good jag by the third coaching session. I love the freedom of being smoke-free, but, of course, I know I need to keep working on it so I don’t go back to smoking. I want to stay healthy for my son. He’s very supportive and motivates me to stay on the right path.
