Get Help Quitting
There are many things you can do to improve your chances of success. Working with a Vermont Quit Partner or Quitline Coach increases your chances of successfully quitting, especially when combined with quit medications. That’s why each quit program offers FREE patches, gum and lozenges. If you’ve tried an approach in the past that didn’t work, consider trying another.
Are you wondering which form of additional support is right for you? Here’s what you can expect from each type of quit help.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Work with experienced and understanding Quitline Coaches over the phone, with the option to receive additional support via email, text, or instant message.

Vermont Quit Partners provide support for you in a small group of others trying to quit, too.
